- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The best customer service the way it should be when it comes to service. I've never delt with an employee there who didn't go out of there way to help. I've has so many bad experiences at other locations that I go out of my way to got to Hobart when others are closer. I needed pesos and the personal banker called several locations to see if I could get them that day. Please stay open you guys are the best. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful. Do not get a car loan through this place. My loan ended in December, 48 mo, and since I still have a balance I was reluctant to pay and started investigating.... After speaking to several employees as well as a supervisor, in was given several causes/dates" proved then wrong with written/ cashed checks and the bottom line is " well that is your balance". Also I was mailed some parts of the paperwork after arguing, yet not the year that they are referring to as where the issue is, a bit strange and crooked IMO. Not impressed, never would I use this place again and I will be sure to tell anyone considering using them that they should not. In fact I would pay a higher interest rate elsewhere over using this terrible bank with incompetent staff. I will be reporting to the BBB as soon as my loan is closed.By Jessica garneski, August 31, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've had a pretty great experience with this company. I was coming from Allstate with a $140 liability insurance plan and they cut it in half almost! Now I am paying $74 and am much happier. The ladies at the office are always friendly and willing to help.By Maddie Royter, June 13, 2017
